Rolls of breadRoll with salmon



Ingredients:


a thin pita


melted cheese


dill and parsley


red salted fish (salmon, trout and other)





Method of preparation:


Spread pita bread with one hand melted cheese, sprinkle with chopped parsley and place the fish, cut into thin slices (enough to lay the fish half the size of a pita). Coil a tight roll and place on half an hour in the fridge. Before serving, cut rude circles.





Roll with ham



Ingredients:


a thin pita


150 g cheese


mayonnaise


1-2 cloves of garlic


300 g ham





Method of preparation:


Cheese and garlic RUB on a small grater, add the mayonnaise and mix. Put the mixture in a thin layer on the pita, then thin slices of ham, preferably over the entire surface. Roll into a tight roll.




Roll with crab sticks and cheese





Ingredients:


3 thin pita


1 packet of crab sticks


150 g cheese


mayonnaise 100 g


dill


1 garlic clove





Method of preparation:


On pita bread spread mayonnaise sauce (mayonnaise garlic chopped dill), on top of it put the 2nd pita. Lightly oil mayonnaise sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top third pita. Lubricated 3rd pita bread with mayonnaise sauce and spread on it sliced crab sticks. Roll into a tight roll.
