Eye care


Eye careNinety percent of all the information about the world we receive through our eyes and them mercilessly exploited.


An endless stream of different tasks and responsibilities, taking care of husband and children and so from morning until evening. Only hours to 11 PM, in the best case, to 10, when all are fed and the dishes washed, we women notice that will knock you out. And tomorrow need to be charming and attractive, i.e., the body was taut, the mood is cheerful, face fresh. And most importantly, to eyes shone, as it is immediately possible to determine not only your mental attitude, but also the physical condition of the whole organism. Take time for yourself to not become a permanent patient ophthalmologist!


So, what is always on hand to relieve fatigue and swelling of the eyes?


A compress of tea


One teaspoon of black or green tea (not tea bags and without any additives) pour boiling water and leave for a couple of minutes, then drain. Then cooled and dipped it round cotton pads to attach to centuries. After 15-20 minutes the signs of fatigue, lack of sleep and swelling is gone. To fix the effect several times slide an ice cube on the lower eyelid.


Massager for eyes in every home!


Eye massager for a few minutes, remove fatigue, improve skin tone around the eyes and normalizes the function of the organ of vision. This massager is easy to use and available to any of us.
Massagers are different in price category (from about 250 to 1200 UAH UAH), and on the mechanics of the action, but they all affect the eye area and help to accelerate blood circulation and relieve stress. Basically, they work with the acupuncture points and provide heating.



Masks of fresh vegetables and herbs for the skin around the eyes


Mask from fresh potatoes: grate half of the potatoes. Then wrap the paste in a piece of gauze and put on the eyelids. Keep the mask for about 15 minutes.
Effectively relieve fatigue of the skin, giving it a freshness and elasticity, the mask of cucumber, parsley, nettle, Linden, Jasmine, dandelion, chamomile, honey and protein.


Do I need special vitamins?


Well, if home remedies are not as effective and you from time to time worried about dryness in the eyes, or tingling. And maybe eye twitches or Lisitsa? Then without special vitamins for and visit an ophthalmologist you still can not do.

B2 (Riboflavin) - helps cells consume oxygen and turn it into energy;
found in green leafy vegetables, apples, yeast, wheat.


B6 this natural tranquilizer relieves eye strain;
contained in cabbage, wheat, rye, corn, egg yolk, fish.


B12 - provides normal blood supply;
found in egg yolk, grapes, grape juice, blueberries, blueberry juice, prunes, apricots, dates, lettuce, parsley.


D without calcium, which is needed for proper muscle contraction, absorbed only partially;
contains raw egg yolk, dairy products, fish oils, fish liver, seafood.


Potassium - gives your eyes a youthful necessary soft tissues as well as bones - calcium;
found in meat, fish, milk, cereals, potatoes, prunes, dried apricots, raisins, honey.


Lutein the main pigment yellow spot located in the center of the retina, is responsible for the clarity and visual acuity; protects and shields the luminous flux and neutralizes its destructive action;
