Pork with apples


Pork with applesThe original flavor of the pork fillet will give stewed in ginger sauce apples. Add bulgur - wheat cereal, rich in fiber, and you have a delicious, easy and healthy dish.



Ingredients:


- 450-500 g pork tenderloin


- 2 teaspoons olive oil


- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander


- 3 large apples


- 2 cloves garlic (crushed in press)


- 1 teaspoon ginger (grate)


- 3/4 Cup bulgur


- Sol


- pepper





Method of preparation:


Pour the bulgur with water (1, 5 cups) and cook in the microwave oven at maximum temperature for 10-12 minutes - croup should be soft and soak up all the water.




Mix 1/4 teaspoon of coriander and 1/8 teaspoon cumin, salt, and pepper. Meat cut, tenderize and RUB with a mixture of spices.




In a pan heat oil, add meat and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until Golden brown. Put the meat on a plate.




Grate one Apple and two cut into slices.




In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, cook for half a minute, then put the apples, remaining spices and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add half a Cup water and a pinch of salt, cover and simmer until soft. Return the meat for another 2 minutes. Arrange on plates bulgur, pork and pour the Apple sauce. Serve with steamed spinach.
