Cherry is one of the berries, which contain flavonoids - substances that can block free radicals that accelerate the aging of cells. Pectin, which is part of the cherry can remove waste, helping to keep the shape, also cherry has a slight laxative effect, improves skin condition and stabilize the heart.

Ingredients:
- 500 g cherry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 Cup of hot water
- 3 egg whites
- 0, 5 teaspoon salt
- 2, 5 cups flour
Method of preparation:
Sift flour, add salt, water, butter, whites and sour cream - knead the dough until it becomes elastic.
Roll out the dough and use the glass to cut circles.
In each circle put 2-3 berries and pinch the edges. Continue these steps until all the dough.
Boil water, salt it.
Gently lower the dumplings into the water.
