Scrambled eggs for Breakfast helps you lose weight! People who eat eggs for Breakfast, better, dieters, control hunger throughout the day and it is easier for them to comply with the established nutrition.


Scientists from the University of Connecticut held jobs in which they are explored, as is the reason that people eat for Breakfast, and how satisfied they feel during the day.




For the experiment, the scientists took a group of male volunteers. They were asked to eat for Breakfast, or eggs, or bread products (bagels). Eggs are rich in protein, and bread carbohydrates.




Researchers have found that both of these products contain the same number of calories, but in the course of the work it was found that subjects who ate eggs, felt the hunger weaker in all day, and when they had dined, had chosen a less hearty. Unlike other participants who ate bagels, these subjects did not want to eat more than three hours after Breakfast, and consumed a total of fewer calories during all 24 hours.




The results of this study are consistent with previous research, published in the International Journal of Obesity. According to them, people who eat eggs for Breakfast lose 65% more weight and feel more energetic than people who eat Breakfast cereal products of the same energy value. The amount of cholesterol in the blood of subjects from both groups remained in the same.




These studies show that adults can successfully use eggs as a part of an effective diet. Eggs are a natural source of essential nutrients. One egg contains 13 essential vitamins and minerals, high amounts of protein and antioxidants, and its energy value is only 70 calories.
