For the preparation you will need:
- 1 chicken breast;
- canned pineapple (better to take the already chopped);
- ½ Lemon;
salad "iceberg" ;

- mayonnaise or sour cream for filling;
- ginger (fresh or dried);
- salt and pepper to taste;
- herbs to taste.
How to cook salad with chicken and pineapple:
You must marinate the chicken breast. To do this, put the chicken in the bowl, wring the juice of a lemon and add a little finely chopped ginger. If not fresh, then fit and dried. Leave the chicken in the marinade for 30 minutes.
